Everyone in the surrounding counties and the rest of the United States except those of us who reside on the Qualla Boundary.

People have rights that are protected in any legitimate Government that has a viable and legal Constitution created by the people and for the people.

The E.B.C.I portrays itself as a Government, but has ignored our true Constitution and have replaced it with doctrines that can be changed with the raising of a hand in Council or via an excutive order by the Chief without any input from the community.

We trully are the Eastern Band of the Soviet Union.

But as Ronald Reagan once said "Tear down these walls" we are saying "Bring these criminals to justice" WE WILL HAVE DEMOCRACY PEOPLE DON'T GIVE UP. HELP IS ON THE WAY.
